As a Vintage Cellar Hand, you'll play a vital role in bringing the vintage to life. Working across multiple areas of the winery, you'll gain valuable experience in a range of cellar operations and production processes.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Transferring juice and wine, and assisting with crushing and pressing
  • Helping with filtration, flotation and fermentation-related activities
  • Collecting samples, completing basic testing, and managing additions
  • Operating automated tank farm systems and barrel line equipment
  • Support general cellar operations throughout Vintage
  • Accurately complete operational records 
  • Follow quality and food safety requirements and support compliance

Skills and Experience

To be successful, you will have:
  • A strong commitment to safety and working as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills 
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Logical thinking and sound problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (a pre-employment medical assessment will form part of the recruitment process)
