As a Vintage Cellar Hand, you'll play a vital role in bringing the vintage to life. Working across multiple areas of the winery, you'll gain valuable experience in a range of cellar operations and production processes.
About the Role
Your responsibilities may include:
- Transferring juice and wine, and assisting with crushing and pressing
- Helping with filtration, flotation and fermentation-related activities
- Collecting samples, completing basic testing, and managing additions
- Operating automated tank farm systems and barrel line equipment
- Support general cellar operations throughout Vintage
- Accurately complete operational records
- Follow quality and food safety requirements and support compliance
