These roles involve repetitive manual handling tasks and prolonged standing. They are best suited to individuals who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
The roles require individuals who:
- Are physically capable (can handle lifting, standing, repetition without issues)
- Is reliable and consistent (shows up, works hard, doesn’t slow the line)
- Can follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Have flexibility with shifts (there may be rotating shift requirements – day/afternoon/night)
- Are comfortable in a structured, fast paced environment
- Standing for long periods
- Repetitive work tasks/ same motions
- Fast-paced line work, expectations to keep up with production targets
- Manual labour (lifting, moving, handling items)
You’ll need to successfully pass:
- A musculoskeletal assessment - assess your strength, mobility, injury risk
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Provide two (2) contactable work-related referees
- Minimum 3 days per week availability (Mon–Fri)
- Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport
- Must have full working rights in Australia (no short-term visa holders)
