Workplace Relations Consultant
Our client is looking for a Workplace Relations Consultant to support businesses and employers in the construction industry. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering a fair and productive work environment.
You will provide expert technical advice and product recommendations as needed. You will be the first point of contact for advice on awards and legislation.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in workplace relations, will have good negotiating skills, and a sound understanding of current legislation.
What You Will Do:
- Respond to Workplace relations queries.
- Research to substantiate advice given.
- Provide advice on contracts.
- Develop, review, and implement policies for workplace relationships.
- Oversee performance management processes.
What You Need to Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or Industrial Relations
- Must have good verbal and written skills
- 3+ years in the industrial relations field.
- Sound understanding of current legislation
- Negotiation skills
