This is a hands-on production role within a food-grade environment, offering consistent day shift hours and competitive casual rates under the Food, Beverage and Tobacco Manufacturing Award 2020 (Level 3).
About the Role
As part of the production team, your responsibilities will include:
- Bagging 20kg salt bags and stacking pallets
- Forklift operations, including loading pallets into racking
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Handling bulk bags and pallet movements from scales
- Assisting with day-to-day production requirements
- Maintaining factory cleanliness in line with food-grade standards
- Cleaning and general housekeeping at the end of production
- Working across two local sites as required
What We’re Looking For
- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Previous production or manufacturing experience (desirable)
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive 20kg lifting
- Strong work ethic and team-focused attitude
- Commitment to safety and site compliance requirements
- Reliable transport to Mourquong NSW
- Total Casual Rate: $32.31 per hour (+ super)
- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am – 4:00pm
- Weekly pay
