This business specialises in precious metals, diamonds, engagement rings, wedding bands and fine gemstone jewellery. Customers are making significant life purchases, and they require someone who can guide those decisions with confidence, professionalism and care.
The Role
Your primary focus will be high-value sales and customer relationships.
You will:
- Lead from the front on premium sales
- Convert enquiries into custom and diamond jewellery sales
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Deliver an exceptional in-store experience aligned with strong business values
- Assist with sales tracking and performance reporting
This role is about driving revenue, elevating customer experience and setting the tone for sales culture within the store.
What We’re Looking For
You must bring one of the following:
- Proven experience selling products valued at $2,000+ (luxury retail, automotive, premium furniture, high-end fashion, etc.)
OR - Strong jewellery industry experience with solid knowledge of diamonds, gemstones or fine jewellery
You will be someone who is:
