As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in blue-collar and professional recruitment. This role blends business development, sales, and client relationship management, and while prior experience is highly regarded, we provide full training and ongoing support to set you up for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and place candidates to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Coordinate daily rostering, payroll, and compliance processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate and compliant recruitment documentation.
- Recruitment, client-facing sales, or business development experience (highly regarded).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and a true team player.
- A solid understanding of recruitment and employment legislation (preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
