I am currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced and collaborative team supporting a major automotive fleet operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys working across customer accounts, order coordination, and stakeholder communication within a dynamic environment.

About the Role

Working closely with a Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting fleet customers through the full order lifecycle — from processing and tracking orders through to liaising with dealers and ensuring timely delivery.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and confidence in communicating with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support across key customer accounts
  • Manage vehicle orders, including processing, tracking, and updates
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular status reporting
  • Liaise with customers, internal teams, and external suppliers
  • Forecast vehicle volumes to support stock planning
  • Respond to enquiries and resolve order-related queries
  • Assist with preparation of customer tenders and documentation
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support administration of fleet roadside assistance programs
  • Process invoices, purchase orders, and related documentation
  • Manage shared inbox enquiries in a timely manner
  • Ensure all data and reporting is accurate and up to date
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales administration, account support, or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential)
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach
  • Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Highly regarded:
  • Experience in automotive, fleet, or logistics environments
  • Exposure to order processing, tenders, or contract administration
