As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll partner with some of the region’s most iconic companies, nurturing existing relationships while actively developing new business opportunities. This role combines business development with client relationship management, and while experience is valuable, you’ll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

- Source, screen, recruit and induct candidates to client specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and our workforce.
- Coordinate daily shift, payroll and safety requirements.
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and our workforce.
- Recruitment and or client facing sales experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
- Knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation preferred.
