• Source, screen, recruit and induct candidates to client specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and our workforce.
• Coordinate daily shift, payroll and safety requirements.
• Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, candidates, and our workforce.

• Recruitment and or client facing sales experience
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Knowledge of recruitment and employment legislation preferred.
