About the Role
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team
- Post job ads, conduct initial candidate screening, and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and records
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
- Deliver a high level of service to clients, candidates, and on-hire employees
- To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Administration experience, preferably in recruitment or sales support
- Strong customer service and clear communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A proactive approach, with strong multitasking and time management
