We are currently seeking reliable and physically capable individuals for casual on-call
production and factory-based roles located in the Barossa Valley. These positions suit applicants who are comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment and can consistently meet production targets.
Successful applicants will:
• Be physically capable of repetitive manual work, including lifting, standing, and handling items throughout shifts
• Be reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently within a team environment
• Follow instructions carefully and maintain strong attention to detail
• Be flexible to work rotating shifts, including day, afternoon, and night shifts where required
• Be comfortable working in fast-paced production line environments
Duties may include:
• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive process work and manual handling tasks
• Fast-paced production line work
• Lifting, moving, and handling products/materials
Pre-employment requirements
Successful applicants must be willing and able to complete:
• A musculoskeletal assessment
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Reference checks (minimum of two work-related referees)
Applicant requirements:
• Minimum availability of 3 days per week (Monday to Friday)
• Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Full Australian working rights (applicants on short-term/88-day visas will not be considered)
