Acclaimed Workforce is seeking reliable and motivated Production / Factory Assistants to join our client – a leading manufacturer of high-quality liquid fertilisers. 

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring production equipment safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading raw materials using forklifts (current licence required)
• Handling and transferring liquids using pumps, valves, and PLC interface
• Maintaining accurate production records and following SOPs
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks as directed
• Ensuring strict compliance with safety and hygiene protocols

• Current Forklift Licence (essential)
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions, read and write clearly, and perform basic maths
• Safety-focused, reliable, and a positive team player
• Experience in manufacturing, winery, or chemical handling environments (desirable)
• Heavy Rigid Licence (advantageous but not essential)

• $30.35 per hour(including casual loading)
• Shifts can be Monday to Friday (standard 6:30am–4:00pm; extended during peak periods)
• Training provided to ensure safety and compliance
