Acclaimed Workforce is looking for experienced Forklift Operators for casual, ongoing shifts across multiple sites in the Barossa Valley. This is a great option if you like variety, enjoy warehousing work, and want steady hours with rotating rosters.
You will suit this role if you are safety-focused, reliable, and confident on a forklift in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key, as shifts may vary between day, afternoon, and night.
About the Work
You’ll support busy warehouse and logistics teams to safely move stock and keep receivals and dispatch running smoothly.
- Operate a forklift safely in warehouse and logistics environments
- Load and unload trucks to schedules and site procedures
- Move, stack, and store pallets (wet and dry goods)
- Assist with receivals, put-aways, replenishment, and dispatch
- Use RF scanning for picking and stock movements (where required)
- Complete pre-start checks and maintain tidy, safe work areas
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
- Current forklift licence
- Proven forklift and warehousing experience
- Availability for rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night), Monday to Friday
- RF scanning experience (desirable)
- Strong reliability, safe work practices, and clear communication
You’ll need to successfully:
- Pass a musculoskeletal assessment - assess your strength, mobility, injury risk
- Complete drug and alcohol testing
- Provide two (2) contactable work-related referees
- Audiometric testing (hearing)
