Key Skills & Attributes
- Reliable, strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills and tasks
- Experience using RF scanning technology in a logistics environment, or a willingness to learn
- General warehouse experience, including handling pallets of wet and dry goods, glass products (highly desirable), and loading/unloading trucks
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under direction
- Effective time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet daily workload demands
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Valid forklift licence
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia and currently residing in the local area
- Proven experience in warehousing and forklift operations, with a valid forklift licence
- Availability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, and night), Monday to Friday
You’ll need to successfully pass:
- A musculoskeletal assessment - assess your strength, mobility, injury risk
- Drug and alcohol testing
- Provide two (2) contactable work-related referees
Candidates will be assessed against selection criteria based on their previous forklift experience and may be required to complete a Forklift WHS assessment as part of the recruitment process.
