This role will see you working across Victoria installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining power generation equipment and diesel generators across a variety of industries including construction, infrastructure, mining, and commercial operations.

The position will initially be engaged on a 3-month casual contract through Acclaimed Workforce, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent full-time position directly with the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of diesel and gas generators
- Electrical wiring, testing and troubleshooting of power generation systems
- Preventative maintenance and servicing of generators and power systems
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in electrical and mechanical components
- Conducting on-site field service work across Victoria
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant standards
- Completing service documentation and reports
- A Grade Electrical Licence(essential)
- Experience working with industrial electrical systems
- Previous experience with generators, power systems or heavy equipment(highly regarded)
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in field service environments
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel for site work when required
