Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day venue operations across TAB, bar and food service areas
- Support and lead staff during busy service periods
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is consistently delivered
- Manage cash handling, reconciliations and end-of-shift procedures
- Maintain compliance with RSA, RSG/RCG and venue policies
- Support stock control, venue presentation and general operational standards
- Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and service issues in a professional manner
About You We are seeking candidates who bring:
- A strong interest in hospitality, TAB and venue operations
- The ability to lead or develop into leading a team
- Confidence in customer-facing and fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA and RSG/RCG
