Customer and Community Workstream Lead
Our client is seeking a Workstream Lead to develop a custom experience strategy that reflects best practice operations and innovative, future-focused service delivery.
In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in defining service standards, customer journey and frontline service models. You will develop a community engagement strategy that reflects local needs and values.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a workstream Lead, possess good negotiating skills, and have a sound understanding of today's practices.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop a customer experience strategy
  • Define the customer information strategy
  • Develop a community engagement strategy
  • Lead customer research and data analysis
  • Coordinate engagement with stakeholders

What You Need to Have:
  • Must have good verbal and written skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • A sound understanding of today's practices.
  • Negotiation skills
