- Load and unload tankers, prioritising safety and compliance
- Preparation & transferring of juice/ wine ready to be bottled, transfers between tanks
- Operate & maintain relevant equipment
- Documenting records of cellar operations using iPad/ computer
- Clean tanks, equipment and work areas to quality food safety standards
- Be 18+ years old
- Be available 5 days a week, Monday to Friday across a rotating roster
- Be able to perform the physical requirements for the role - moving & connecting heavy hoses, standing for long periods
- Have a can-do positive attitude, the ability to listen, learn quickly, take direction and work in a safe, efficient manner
- Possess great work ethics, ability to work as part of a team
- Hold a current valid driver’s licence, have your own reliable transport (no public transport options to or from site due to location)
- An understanding of Cellar Hand processes - desirable but not essential
- Possess unrestricted working rights in Australia. We are seeking long-term workers in the region. No 88-day Visa travellers or applicants residing overseas will be considered.
A minimum of two (2) contactable, work-related referees must be supplied to be considered for the positions.
