Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical labour including handling heavy hoses and loading/unloading tanks
- Transfer juice and wine between tanker compartments, ISO tanks, and storage tanks prior to bottling
- Operate and monitor equipment such as pumps, valves, and transfer systems
- Maintain strict cleaning and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
- Accurately record volumes, transfers, and processes using computer systems.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, manual work
- Willing to work in wet, messy, and outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, with the ability to follow safety procedures consistently
- Willing to take direction, listen carefully, and learn new tasks.
- Availability to work 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) on a rotating roster
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including repetitive lifting and hose handling
- Strong work ethic, including reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety procedures
- Must be 18 years or older
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport (no public transport available)
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Commitment to long-term employment within the region.
A minimum of two (2) contactable, work-related referees must be supplied to be considered for the positions.
