About the Role
- Support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar, terrace, poolside and takeaway
- Lead shifts and coordinate the team to deliver smooth, efficient service
- Drive service standards, guest engagement and issue resolution on the floor
- Assist with opening/closing, cash handling, reporting and shift checklists
- Support rostering, labour planning, stock control and cost management
Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in a hospitality leadership role (restaurant and/or bar)
- Strong customer service focus with confident complaint resolution
- Proven ability to supervise, train and motivate teams during service
- Sound operational skills: POS, cash handling, reporting, stock control
- Availability for a flexible roster including weekends and evenings
