Apprenticeships & Traineeships

Apprenticeships & Traineeships

Employment pathways for apprentices and trainees

There has never been a better time to become an apprentice or trainee.

Working with leading Australian employers in key regions and cities,

Acclaimed Workforce can offer apprenticeships and traineeships in a

range of disciplines.

Whether it’s your first job or a change in career, successful completion

of an apprenticeship or traineeship gives you a nationally recognised

formal qualification which you can use to start your career, or to do

more training.  An apprenticeship can also lead to self-employment opportunities.

This information is intended for apprentices and trainees.

With Acclaimed Workforce, you can learn how to do a specific job or trade in a workplace, while earning a wage and receiving other employee benefits. You may even be eligible for financial assistance from the Government.

As part of your apprenticeship or traineeship, your will also undertake classroom based learning at a TAFE or other registered training provider. You’ll have the flexibility to do your training part-time or full-time, and your training will be linked to things you do in your job.

Why Acclaimed Workforce?

Acclaimed Workforce is more than a registered Group Training Organisation, we are an Australian owned and operated recruitment agency that works with some of Australia’s leading companies in key regional and metropolitan areas, including Melbourne, Mildura, Griffith, Sydney, Brisbane, Barossa Valley and McLaren Vale.

Our goal is to help you get the best outcomes from your training - this means connecting you with great Host Employers and training providers, and providing a dedicated Field Officer to support and guide you as you work your way through your apprenticeship or traineeship. But first, our pre-employment activities and provision of basic safety equipment help to get you ‘job ready’.

As your employer, we place you with a Host Employer where you will complete your apprenticeship or traineeship. If for unforeseen circumstances your Host Employer is unable to continue, we will work to secure a new Host Employer so that you can complete your training.
